Or if you don't want to do LDAP, because your users don't change much (small
setups, for example), you can add to /etc/mail/access the following:
To:user at domain.com ACCEPT
To:otheruser at domain.com ACCEPT
To:domain.com REJECT
That way sendmail drops the connection without having to bother with LDAP.
Only bad thing is you have to maintain it by hand.

Look up about ldap mail routing. This is fairly easy in sendmail, it has
been discussed here before.
