I made the patch against the latest version I have. If you have problems
applying the patch and are getting the MyDoom problem, then you should just
upgrade to the latest version I released.

The patch will probably only work against pretty recent versions, as the
code was changed quite a bit a little while ago, which unfortunately makes
producing a patch for old versions a very difficult job, as a whole load of
upgrades would need to be included so that the new tests work.
