MailScanner issue not detecting MyDoom-0 [Re: nested .zip containing bad files not being caught]

Not just you.

I tried it this morning on one of our installations, version 4.30.3,
and I, too, saw syslog messages of the form:

   Looked up unknown string archivetoodeep in language translation file /etc/MailScanner/reports/en/languages.conf

I decided to backtrack because I had a long all-day meeting so was unable
to spend time working out how serious (or not) this error might be.

It is also holiday season so I don't particularly want to migrate to a new
version of MS just before a holiday (although I would be happy to install
a small, targeted patch that didn't have side-effects such as the above).

How serious is this error?  How compatible is this new "Message.pm" with
various versions of MS?
