For security reasons I switched sendmail to user mail a whole lot of
years ago. It took some time to have him stop complaining about groups,
users etc. But I have the luxury of not having mailboxes on our MX
servers. So their are no problems with permissions on mailbox, .forward,
.procmailrc etc files.

I only have a problem when upgrading MS. The rpm makes
/var/spool/mqueue.in owned by root. So sendmail can't queue messages
untill I make this right. ("./install.sh; chown mail.mail
/var/spool/mqueue.in" helps)

I have to do this because I do a startin after I stop MS for the upgrade
process. We have a lot of Exchange server and they can't handle DNS
based load balancing.
