Rulesets, rulesets, rulesets!  See the MAQ (link in the list footer),
also the README and EXAMPLES in /etc/MailScanner/rules.

One tip, specify your internal zone by IP block rather than by domain so
you avoid bouncing viruses that originated externally that have forged
an internal address as the 'sender'.
