If you are using the FSL files you won't need anything else. If you are
doing it yourself you will need to play with your spamcop*.cf config to use
the various lists.
You can also modify the scoring in there as well

NB: Default scores are defaults. You *should* look at them carefully and
decide what is best for your own setup
