Suggestion box re spam scores

I have added a new option
        Spam Score Number Format
to the latest release. It is only used for the _SCORE_ number that can be
put in the subject tags. I haven't used it in the main spam report as I
suspect you don't want it there.

I will be putting out a beta release tomorrow or Friday for you to try out
while I'm at OSCON.
