Feature request

Hi,

        Would it make sense to have the version of MailScanner in the
MailScanner.conf file?  This would make it easier for diagnosis i.e.,
see if someone upgraded MailScanner but forgot to run
upgrade_mailscanner_conf.

        Another nice feature would have the -V switch or sometihing similar to
get the version of MailScanner from the command line. Yes I know I can
get it from the logs, but It is faster this way.
