Ok, if you have updated the ports tree, just
%cd /usr/ports/mail/mailscanner
(You can check which version the ports tree knows by grep PORTVERSION
Makefile. It should be 4.31.6 if the tree is up to date. If so then just
%make install

and the system should do the rest for you
