Encrypted file problem

Dear all,


Encrypted password protect zip files are not able to passthru, 

        (Warning message) 
        Report:    F-Prot: file.zip->document.doc  Not scanned (encrypted)

Even though i already allow it in my MailScanner.conf

        (MailScanner.conf)
        Block Encrypted Messages = no
        Block Unencrypted Messages = no
        Allow Password-Protected Archives = yes

What can i do to allow it to pass through without blocked?
