Question on outbound port 113

I don' think I noticed before. :/

I gave that a whirl, but still see those pesky little connections going
outbound, even after a m4 rebuild and a restart of the MTA.
Any other suggestions?
Trying to locate the ident in my bat book as well. :) For reference.
