Mail size Filtering question

Hello all

I am using the mail size filtering option, I have set it as a ruleset
It works fine, my configuration file is:

FromOrTo: hburbano at xx.com 1000

but when I try it:
From: hburbano at xx.com 1000
To: hburbano at xx.com 100000

The mails are blocked in both directions(send and receive) wit the same
criteria (1000)

The question is: Is possible to set "From", "To" with different values, or
it only works with
FromOrTo option???
