MailScanner not always starting correctly.

Just for good luck I tripled this from the default 10 seconds to 30.
RESTART_DELAY=30 # Pause time between stop and start when restarting
Worked like a charm!!!

The "restart" has a "sleep" command in between the "stop" and the
"start".
You may just need to increase that on your system. If you have a
/etc/sysconfig/MailScanner then you can configure the sleep delay in
that
file and your change will be preserved across upgrades.
