To people who use "reply" for a new topic

Hi,

        Please, when you want post on a new topic, don't just "reply" to an
actual message of the list.  When you use reply, you hijack a thread,
and people who are using a sort by thread are confused.  It is also
confusing when searching the archive.

        The way to do it is to start a new message for a new topic.
