0 is to disable the feature altogether, then you have to take care of it
yourself like described in the links I posted. The number (above 0) is
seconds so one day is not 1 but 86400. That's a good setting, you don't
need it done more often than that. Note that it can only run the expire
when new children starts so if you have that set to the default time 4
hours (Restart Every = 14400) it will do the expire somewhere every
24-28 hours.
