releasing spam

I don't mind searching the MailWatch archives, but this is *not* a
mailwatch problem.
Even if I use sa-learn manually and resubmit the messages to the queue
(which is all mailwatch is doing) it doesn't solve the problem.

And what about users not using mailwatch who want to release quqrantine
mail items and attachments?
