Non Spam Actions

Use the access db so that:

TO: realuser at domain OK
TO: @domain DISCARD

I want to accept all email for a domain but only forward email to valid
recipients. This could easily be done with sendmails access.db or similar
but I dont want spammers to be able to verify valid accounts in any way.

Any ideas on how this could be done? I figure it could be done with "Non
Spam Actions" but how?
