I'm drifting off-topic here, so feel free with the delete key.

Trying to install the above onto a well-established system (Redhat 7.3,
MS 4.30.3, SA 2.63) is failing on a few of the tests. "make test" gives:

   PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 /usr/local/bin/perl "-MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-e" "test_harness(0, 'blib/lib', 'blib/arch')" t/*.t
   t/blacklist........ok
   t/dnsrbl...........ok
   t/extract_urls.....ok
   t/mailto...........ok
   t/open_redirect....# Failed test (t/open_redirect.t at line 37)
   t/open_redirect....NOK 1# Failed test (t/open_redirect.t at line 44)
   t/open_redirect....NOK 2# Failed test (t/open_redirect.t at line 52)
t/open_redirect....ok 5/5# Looks like you failed 3 tests of 5.
   t/open_redirect....dubious
           Test returned status 3 (wstat 768, 0x300)
   DIED. FAILED tests 1-3
           Failed 3/5 tests, 40.00% okay
   t/spamcopuri.......ok
   t/whitelist........ok
Failed Test Stat Wstat Total Fail Failed List of Failed
   -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
   t/open_redirect.t 3 768 5 3 60.00% 1-3
Failed 1/7 test scripts, 85.71% okay. 3/57 subtests failed, 94.74% okay.
   make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 11

Trying to look a little deeper with the command:
   PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 [...] "test_harness(1, 'blib/lib', 'blib/arch')" t/open_redirect.t
(i.e. just this test, with test_harness's first arg now 1) gives the result:

t/open_redirect....1..5
   # Failed test (t/open_redirect.t at line 37)
not ok 1 - all urls equals what we expected for: http://rd.yahoo.com/swage/*http://surbl-org-permanent-test-point.com/foo/bar
   # Failed test (t/open_redirect.t at line 44)
not ok 2 - all urls equals what we expected for: http://rd.yahoo.com/swage/*http://surbl-org-permanent-test-point.com/foo/bar
   # Failed test (t/open_redirect.t at line 52)
not ok 3 - all urls equals what we expected for: http://rd.yahoo.com/swage/*http://rd.yahoo.com/swage/*http://rd.yahoo.com/swage/*http://rd.yahoo.com/swage/*http://rd.yahoo.com/swage/*http://surbl-org-permanent-test-point.com/foo/bar
ok 4 - only one url found for dead end
   ok 5 - test snip_url is good pre-config
   # Looks like you failed 3 tests of 5.
   dubious
           Test returned status 3 (wstat 768, 0x300)
   DIED. FAILED tests 1-3
           Failed 3/5 tests, 40.00% okay
Failed Test Stat Wstat Total Fail Failed List of Failed
   -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
   t/open_redirect.t 3 768 5 3 60.00% 1-3
Failed 1/1 test scripts, 0.00% okay. 3/5 subtests failed, 40.00% okay.

Anyone seen this or have any thoughts?
