Could not read Custom Functions directory

Hi

I am running mailscanner 4.30.3 on debian testing and mailscanner has
stopped working with this in the syslog:

Jul  4 12:07:45 server01 MailScanner[3287]: Could not read Custom Functions
directory
Jul  4 12:07:56 server01 Debian-exim: Process did not exit cleanly, returned
2 with signal 0
Jul  4 12:07:56 server01 MailScanner[3288]: MailScanner E-Mail Virus Scanner
version 4.30.3 starting...
Jul  4 12:07:56 server01 MailScanner[3288]: Could not read Custom Functions
directory
Jul  4 12:08:07 server01 Debian-exim: Process did not exit cleanly, returned
2 with signal 0
Jul  4 12:08:07 server01 MailScanner[3289]: MailScanner E-Mail Virus Scanner

I've googled and searched the archives and the FAQ but didn't see anything
about this error.

Anybody know what the problem is?
