Why install procmail? MailScanner will happily use SpamAssassin without the
need for anything extra running. There is also no point in running spamd
either as MailScanner doesn't use it.

If you just installed MailScanner and SpamAssassin, you do not have to
change your sendmail configuration at all. Just leave it alone.
