Clamav

I'm adding clamav .65 to one of my gateways.  I searched back through the
last couple months of posts, but never saw a definative answer to the
question of whether it's better to run clamav or clamavmodule, and why.  Any
reason not to just go w/the clamav?  I hate mucking w/CPAN as it always
seems to get grumpy about something...
