Disinfection by ClamAV

Why would disinfect it.  The exe,scr,pif that are being passed around
are the virus, not some virus attached to a real file. Plus the email
itself is a message generated by the virus.  Removing the virus and
sending on the virus generated message would just lead to your userbase
asking questions.

It wont, Clam will only detect virusses, not clean them.
