Error disabling Filetype Rules

FWIW, it happened to me sometime ago, with MS 4.23 under linux and using 
'/dev/null' as the filename worked like a charm... I don't se why it won't 
work with other MS/OS combinations.

Sorry for sayin' this so awfully late, but I'm workin' on holidays and 2 or 
3 months late in readin' the list... just browsin' subjects :-(
