Huh huh didn't work!

# perl -MCPAN -e shell

cpan shell -- CPAN exploration and modules installation (v1.61)
ReadLine support available (try 'install Bundle::CPAN')

cpan> o conf prerequisites_policy ask
    prerequisites_policy ask

cpan> install Net::DNS
CPAN: Storable loaded ok
Going to read /root/.cpan/Metadata
  Database was generated on Mon, 26 Jan 2004 01:48:31 GMT
Net::DNS is up to date.

cpan>

Net::DNS seems to be uptodate?
Any suggestion?
I'm out of options.
