force filter of mqueue possible???

No I'm going after spam in client boxes.  There are a number of them with over
10Megs of mostly spam but with a few good mails.  One has 60 Megs.  I thought it
would be nice to clean it for clients whom would otherwise probably loose some
good mail because some are just too big to deal with conventional pop.
