exim equivalent of sendmail's access_db

Hi all

I'm trying to setup my 'listening' exim config so it rejects email to
non-existant addresses, but still relays for outbonnd email

With sendmail I could use the access_db feature and put all the valid
email addresses in a file (not that many).

I've not yet set up an ldap config with all the aliases etc in, so
what's the easiest way of getting exim to reject email's that are for
non-existent users?
