Thats pretty simple, just add in in your /etc/mail/spamassassin dir and
restart mailscanner.

I have seen some hits that would have passed otherwise:

Those 2 are also pretty straight forward. Just read the docs, its a matter
of just reading whats inside and SA picks then up automaticly. I also use
Pyzor here, also nice to have.
