Strange sendmail behaviour?

I don't see anything obvious in the access file.  However, I did have two
hard power hits one after another the other day.  The server wasn't able
to reboot on its own after either outage.  Perhaps the access.db file was
messed up.  I'll rebuild it and see if it makes a difference.
