Strange sendmail behaviour?

I know this isn't a direct MailScanner question but I thought I'd ask if
anyone else is seeing this sendmail behaviour.

I'm seeing more and more of the following error messages.  Notice that all
the arg IP's are the same and sendmail thinks that it is an attempt to
relay.  I've starting getting the same behaviour if I try and send mail
from my work account directly to my server.

I can't see anything wrong with sendmail.  Is this some kind of new
Microsoft "feature"???
