reject msg based on rbl list.

How&nbsp;I can&nbsp;reject mails like below message so sender&nbsp;can know 
where he&nbsp;is listed in&nbsp;rbl-lists.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Currently my mail server except all mails and then 
fitter by MS+SA and add high score,&nbsp; and then perform action (deliver or 
delete).</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>so how I can configure mail server which reject 
mails with message based on rbl-lists ?</DIV>
