Message.pm

With all the patches that have been put out for Message.pm, I am not
sure where we are.

I am using MailScanner-4.26.8.  Is it possible to simply replace the
4.26.8 Message.pm with the 4.27.6-1 Message.pm and get the benefits of
better MIME handling?
