Which SA rule set considered "Best Practice"?

Actually, our DNS RBL check is done at the firewall.  We have FWTK as our
SMTP proxy and the RBL patches are installed.  We're using .bl.spamcop.net,
.sbl.spamhaus.org and .xbl.spamhaus.org.
