spam handling rules with +detail email addresses?

But what is the envelope recipient address in this case? user or user+detail?
You could do it with
To:     user at domain.com store notify
To:     user+*@domain.com       store notify
or
To:     /user(\+.*)?\@domain\.com/        store notify
