CustomConfig Local Functions

Would it possible to have something like,

if ( -f "/opt/MailScanner/etc/CustomConfig.pm") {
        do "/opt/MailScanner/etc/CustomConfig.pm";
}

added to CustomConfig.pm?

I like to keep my local functions in a location other than the included
CustomConfig.pm.
