Spam Lists To Reach High Score?

Hello,
I noticed something odd with a batch of messages coming through and
apparently being misclassified. The relevant portions of my
MailScanner.conf file are included followed by the mail logs. By my
reading of things, this should not have been marked as spam (although it
is close). Did I list these things in the wrong place (SpamList instead
of SpamDomainList)? Does SpamAssassin count as a list?
