Vispan installing

Its your old version of perl, the quick fix is edit the script to add a
mode to all calls to mkdir.  i.e. mkdir($temp,700)
(I don't know what the appropriate mode is, but from the directory name
as $temp I'd guess 700 would probably be okay.)
