In MailScanner.conf   (where the inline.sig is your text)

Sign Clean Messages = /opt/MailScanner/etc/rules/sign.clean.rules


Partial sign.clean.rules:
To:     *@jiscmail.ac.uk        no
From:        kcr.uky.edu                yes
FromTo:      default                 no


We use it to add the legal crap that managers seem to like.  ; )

Look at /opt/MailScanner/etc/rules/EXAMPLES for more info.
