Ditto at many of our sites. I have seen recent traffic which mentions that
the list has been catching some IP blocks that also have legitimate
addresses but I believe these have been  primarily in countries that our
clients do not receive legitimate email from, i.e. Brazil, Asia. At lest
we've never had a report of a FP because of these blocks.

My experience is that sites block on the sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org list
immediately see a +30% reduction in incoming email.
