Clamscan and RAR failures

I updated to ClamAV 0.75.1, restarted MailScanner and still get the same
error message

   MailScanner[34137]: ClamAVModule::ERROR:: RAR module failure::
./i7OCfIYi035381/eicar.rar

unrar is at version 3.30
