OT: Sendmail issues with MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN

I only get those from our systems monitoring tool (Nagios). It checks if
smtp is available by connecting to port 25 and then dumps the
connection, it's just interested in the answer and never follows through
with a message. I have never seen it from "outsiders".

If you follow the msgids, are they successfully delivered, or what?
