Ouch!  Thanks.  Sorry.  Fixed.

No idea how that happened!  I'd actually tried a download as part of
preparing that email.

If you are comfortable trying it in service, please do.  We're looking not
only for negatives, but for affirmations (of the "works for me" variety).
