Ruleset for required score

I may have missed it, but didn't see syntax for a ruleset for Required
Spamassassin Score (and high scoring spam).

I'm assuming it is something like:

To:     spam_hater at domain.com   3.0
To:     spam_lover at domain.com   12.0
To:     *otherdomain.com                2.5
To:     default                 5.0

Can anyone confirm or correct this?
