Problem with Rulefiles

Hi Julian, hi Group...

I have a Problem with some Rulefiles.
In Example with a Ruleset for "Allow Password-Protected Archives":

I tried to add some rules:

To:         user at domain.com  yes
To:         @domain.com      no
FromOrTo:   default          no

When a Email is send to user123 at domain.com the Attachment is blocked.

Thats Ok...

But when I send a Mail to user at domain.com the Attachment is also blocked.
Why?

I tested some other Rulesets like "Warning Is Attachment", or "Inline HTML
Warning". The same Problem...

Other Rulesets, like Filenamerules for Example, still working with the this
Configuration.
