Forcing message body as attachment

Quick question. I've gone through the MailScanner FAQ's and several
websites, and I can't seem to find an answer.

How do I set up MailScanner to force HTML formatted message bodies as
attachments, and can it be setup as a ruleset?

I have an application that just doesn't like HTML formatted messages,
but it is okay if they are attachments. I found the "Non Spam Actions"
setting in /etc/MailScanner.conf, but it didn't have "attachment" as an
option. Is this the way I should go, or should I try something else?

I'm running the latest MailScanner on Fedora Core 1. Thanks in advance
for any help anyone may be able to provide. :)
