"storing" spam stop virus scanning ?

Hi everyone...

I just changed, a few days ago, the method I was using to manage spam mails...

I am not delireving them anymore, I just store them to handle them with
MailWatch.

I discovered that the (well-know .pif) viruses attached to spam messages were
no longer detected by virus scanner !

Could it be that the message stored isn't available for the virus scanner ?

Moreover, there are no error messages about virus scanner ...

Any idea ?
