Sending through Virus Emails

You probably have the following set to no in MailScanner.conf:

Quarantine Whole Messages As Queue Files = yes

If you set it to yes, it will drop the original qf- and df-files in the 
quarantine and those can be moved to the outgoing queue for delivery.
