Major Load please help

Take notice of the swap measurements, 0 is good :)

Not sure how to run the dns cache I'll look into that.
Would you happen to have anything I can read up on for that?
To be honest I'm not sure how to read the results of vmstat.
Memory doesn't seem to be it either. 
Theres always around 700M free and 700M swap free.
Also there are no errors in the log.
I did run in debug and saw now errors, but again I see high load if
spamassassin is on or off (just higher with on)

Have you isolated the problem? I/O (using vmstat), memory (free),
network (do you have a local dns caching nameserver).

Do you have errors or timeouts inyour logs?

Did you test mailscanner and spamassassin in debug?
