TNEF handling please help me

You've botched the regular expression (although it probably still
matches). Try
deny    winmail\.dat$   Unwanted TNEF   etc...

Also make sure this is above all the allow rules in the file, and that
the fields are separated by tabs.  Its not clear from your mail, due to
wrapping by mail clients, but make sure that the whole thing is one long
line.  Don't forget to restart MailScanner after making the changes.
