New Guestbook-Entry from Kat Gray

I use earthlink.  They claim they do not block any kind of attachment and seem to have no idea what this mailscan is, yet I keep having AVI attachments blocked from my mail.  Things I want to recieve.  Mailscanner blames my isp.  There seems to be no way to contact anyone who will get this off so I can gat my mail!!  The message that comes up from mailscanner says contact help desk but therre is no address or info on who what or where to reach this help desk.  Can anyone help me?????
