This should get you started. Read more in etc/rules/*. There's also help
in the MAQ and FAQ.

MailScanner.conf:

Spam Actions = %rules-dir%/spam.actions.rules

spam.actions.rules:

To:             user1 at domain.com        forward user1forward at domain.com
To:             user2 at domain.com        delete
FromOrTo:       default                 deliver
